摘　　要：某Y型过滤器在运行中发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对该Y型过滤器开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:该Y型过滤器的工作介质中主要含有O,S,Cl等腐蚀性元素,导致在运行中过滤器发生脱锌腐蚀开裂。A Y-type filter cracked during operation. The cracking reason of Y-type filter was analyzed by macro observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the working medium of the Y-type filter mainly contained O, S, Cl and other corrosive elements, resulting in dezincification corrosion cracking of the filter during operation.
