摘  要:对DP800双相钢热轧板表面氧化皮的红锈缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:热轧板表面红锈区域氧化皮的厚度是正常区域的2倍,该区域氧化皮中的Mn, Cr, Mo元素含量较低,不能形成致密的氧化皮,因此红锈区域氧化皮疏松;酸洗及冷轧后,红锈区域和正常区域表面的化学成分几乎一致,红锈区域的粗糙度较正常区域偏高,且红锈区域的氧化皮能够被完全酸洗掉。The causes of red rust defects of oxide scale on the surface of DP800 dual-phase steel hot rolled plate were analyzed. The results show that the thickness of the oxide scale in the red rust area on hot rolled plate surface was twice as thick as that of the normal area. The content of Mn, Cr and Mo in the oxide scale of red rust area was low, and the dense oxide scale could not be formed, so the oxide scale in red rust area was loose. After pickling and cold rolling, the chemical compositions of the suface of the red rust area and the normal area were almost the same, the roughness of the red rust area was higher than that of the normal area, and the oxide scale in the red rust area could be completely pickling.
