摘 要:某00Cr17Ni14Mo2钢法兰在拆除后,准备进行焊接并二次利用时发现裂纹。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、断口分析及力学性能测试等方法,对该法兰产生裂纹的原因进行分析。结果表明:该法兰的开裂性质为应力腐蚀开裂,裂纹主要发生在受拉应力最大的部位;该法兰的碳元素含量过高,使材料的耐腐蚀性能降低,最终导致法兰产生裂纹。Cracks were found on a 00 Cr17 Ni14 Mo2 steel flange when it was ready to be welded and reused after removal. The causes of cracks on the flange were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, fracture analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the cracking nature of the flange was stress corrosion cracking, and the cracks mainly occurred at the position with the maximum tensile stress. The carbon content of the flange was too high, which reduced the corrosion resistance of the material, and finally led flange to cracks.
