摘  要:为了提高钢包用铝镁浇注料的抗氧化性能,以特级矾土、刚玉、镁砂、氧化铝超微粉、SiO_(2)微粉、碳素、抗氧化剂Si_(2)N_(2)O为主要原料制备铝镁浇注料,研究了抗氧化剂Si_(2)N_(2)O对浇注料各个温度段强度及抗氧化性能的影响。Si_(2)N_(2)O的引入量从0到2%,以0.5%为差额,等量替代刚玉粉,对制得的试样检测中温1000℃及高温1500℃烧后的抗折耐压强度、抗氧化性指标。结果显示:随着Si_(2)N_(2)O的增加,试样烧后线变化率上升,体密先升后降,气孔率变化与体密变化规律相反。通过烧后试样的黑心变化判断,抗氧化性呈现逐渐变好的趋势,当Si_(2)N_(2)O引入量为1%时,浇注料的综合性能最好。In order to improve the oxidation resistance of Al-Mg castables for ladle,Al-Mg castables were prepared with super grade bauxite,corundum,magnesia,alumina ultrafine powder,silica ultrafine powder,carbon and antioxidant Si_(2)N_(2)O as main raw materials.The effects of antioxidant Si_(2)N_(2)O on the strength and oxidation resistance of castables at different temperatures were studied.The introduction of Si_(2)N_(2)O ranges from 0 to 2%,with 0.5%as the difference,replacing the same amount of corundum powder.The prepared samples are tested for flexural and compressive strength and oxidation resistance after being burned at 1000℃and 1500℃.The results show that:with the increase of Si_(2)N_(2)O,the linear change rate of the sample increases,the bulk density first increases and then decreases,and the change of porosity is opposite to the change of bulk density.Judging from the black core change of the sample after burning,the oxidation resistance shows a trend of gradually getting better.When the content of Si_(2)N_(2)O is 1%,the comprehensive performance of castable is the best.
