促凝剂对水泥结合耐火浇注料性能的影响

摘　　要：通过将纯铝酸钙水泥结合的刚玉-尖晶石质浇注料应用于精炼钢包炉衬,研究碱性促凝剂溶液加入量对水泥结合耐火浇注料常温物理性能和高温性能的影响。结果表明:随促凝剂溶液加入量的增加,试样的线变化率减小、体积稳定性得到改善;试样的显气孔率增加、致密度和抗渣性能有所降低;试样的脱模强度先大幅度增加后稍有降低、1300℃烧后的强度降低,但1500℃烧后的强度增加;试样的高温强度变化不大、抗热震性能先增强后减弱。因此,针对不同的使用要求,应适量添加促凝剂。By using pure calcium aluminate cement bonded corundum spinel castable for refining ladle lining,the effect of the addition amount of alkaline accelerator solution on the physical properties at room temperature and high temperature of cement bonded refractory castable was studied.The results showed that the linear change rate of sample decreased and the volume stability improved with the increase of coagulant accelerator solution;the apparent porosity of the samples increased,the density and slag resistance decreased;the demoulding strength of the samples increased greatly at first and then decreased slightly,and the strength after burning at 1300℃decreased,but the strength after burning at 1500℃increased;the high temperature strength of the sample has little change,and the thermal shock resistance first increases and then decreases.For different use requirements,appropriate coagulant should be added.
