摘　　要：介绍了一台世界级特大型可变容积八边形截面炉膛台车式热处理炉。炉膛尺寸为65.6 m(长)×14.5 m(宽)×15.5 m(高),炉体采用了八边形截面炉膛和后墙移动技术,台车采用多排不同车轮组合结构,台车衬采用耐火砖和耐火纤维复合方式砌筑,风循环利用工件自身导向,使设备结构紧凑、造价降低、炉温均匀、节能降耗。A world class super large variable volume octagonal section furnace trolley type heat treatment furnace is introduced. The furnace size is 65.6 m(L)×14.5 m(W)×15.5 m(H). The furnace body adopts octagonal section furnace and back wall moving technology. The trolley adopts multi row different wheel combination structure and the trolley lining is built with refractory bricks and refractory fibers. The air circulation makes use of the workpiece’s self guidance to make the equipment compact, reduce the cost, uniform furnace temperature, and save energy and consumption.
