步进梁式加热炉燃耗的理论分析

摘　　要：通过建立步进梁式加热炉的炉内传热模型以及热平衡模型,详细分析了影响步进梁式加热炉燃耗的主要因素,包括装料温度、出料温度、燃料条件、富氧程度、空气预热温度、煤气预热温度、空气过剩系数、产量,并对加热炉燃耗的影响程度进行了定量计算。By establishing the heat transfer model and heat balance model of walking beam furnace,the main factors affecting the fuel consumption of walking beam furnace are analyzed in detail, including the charging temperature, discharging temperature, fuel conditions, oxygen enrichment degree, air preheating temperature, gas preheating temperature, air and gas excess coefficient, and output, and the influence degree of the fuel consumption of the furnace is calculated quantitatively.
