摘 要:合理使用助磨剂是改善水泥质量和水泥粉磨节能降耗的关键途径之一。该文系统研究了三乙醇胺(TEA)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)两种典型助磨剂单体对水泥粉磨的助磨效果和水泥物理性能的影响,实验结果表明两种醇胺均有较好的助磨效果,因有机物在颗粒间吸附的影响,勃氏法测定比表面积有一定局限性,宜结合45μm筛余进行助磨效果分析,同时考虑水泥稠度和流动度等工作性能的影响,醇胺掺量不宜过高,相比TEA单体,DEIPA不仅可提高3d强度,而且还可明显提高28d强度,在助磨效果和对水泥物理性能的影响等方面都优于TEA单体。Using suitable grinding aids is one of the key ways to improve cement quality and energy saving and consumption reduction in cement grinding. In this paper,the influence of two typical grinding aid monomers,triethanolamine(TEA) and Diethanol monoisopropanolamine(DEIPA),on the grinding aid effect of cement grinding and the physical properties of cement were systematically studied.The experimental results show that both alcohol amines have good grinding-aid effect. Due to the influence of the adsorption of organic matter between particles,the determination of the specific surface area by the Bertrand method has certain limitations.Therefore,It is advisable to combine 45 sieves to analyze the grinding aid effect. At the same time,considering the influence of working properties such as cement consistency and fluidity,the content of alcohol amine should not be too high. Compared with TEA monomer,DEIPA can not only improve the 3d strength,but also can significantly improve the 28d strength. It is superior to TEA monomer in terms of grinding aid effect and influence on physical properties of cement.
