摘  要:针对一种水性工业涂料,研究了不同施工工艺对混气喷涂效果的影响。结果表明:当喷枪口径为2mm、输漆管道长度为10m、输漆管道内径为8mm、喷涂压力为0.5MPa时,该种水性工业涂料具有良好的表面效果。For the water-based industrial coating, the effect of different application techniques on the air-m ix ing spraying was studied. The results showed that when the diam eter of the spray gun was 2 mm, the length of the nozzle was 10 m, the inner diam eter of the nozzle was 8 mm, and the spraying pressure was 0.5 MPa, the water-based industrial coating had a good effect.
