2017~2021年乌海市人间布鲁氏菌病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的 了解内蒙古乌海市人间布鲁氏菌病的流行特征及变化趋势,为布病防控措施和策略的制定提供一定的参考依据。方法 对2017~2021年乌海市人间布病病例的流行概况、流行特征及流行趋势进行描述性分析。结果 乌海市2017~2021年累计报告117例布病病例,未出现重症及死亡病例,年发病率分别为2.36/10万(13例)、2.91/10万(16例)、3.92/10万(22例)、2.67/10万(15例)、9.16/10万(51例)。发病主要集中于3~8月,病例年龄分布集中于40~60岁组,占总数的67.52%,男女性别比为3.68:1。职业以屠宰、养殖及贩羊为主,占总人数的55.56%。结论 乌海市人间布病发病率总体呈现上升趋势,出现疫情加重现象,建议加强多部门联防联控、人间疫情监测和高危人群布病防控知识宣传教育,提高群众的自我防护意识,防止疫情进一步扩大蔓延。Objective To understand the status of epidemiological characteristics and popular change tendency of brucellosis in Wuhai, in order to provide reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures and strategies for the future.Methods Descriptive analysis of the epidemic profile, epidemiological characteristics and epidemic trends of human sarcoidosis cases in Wuhai City from 2017 to 2021.Results Hangjin Houqi reported a total of 117 cases of brucellosis in 2017-2021, without severe cases or deaths. The annual incidence rates were 2.36/100 000(13 cases),2.91/100 000(16 cases),3.92/100 000(22 cases),2.67/100 000(15 cases),and 9.16/100 000(51 cases).The incidence mainly occurred in March-August, and the age distribution of the cases was mainly concentrated in the 40 to 60-year-old group, accounting for 67.52% of the total, and the male to female ratio was 3.68: 1. Occupation is mainly slaughtering, breeding and sheep trading, accounting for 55.56% of the total number of cases.Conclusions The incidence of human brucellosis in Wuhai is generally on the rise, and the epidemic situation has increased. It is recommended to strengthen multi-department joint prevention and control, human epidemic surveillance, and publicity and education of disease prevention and control knowledge for high-risk groups to increase the people’s awareness of self-protection and prevent the epidemic from further expanding.
