摘　　要：以迁安中化煤化工有限责任公司2×55孔JN60-82型焦炉匹配的140t/h干熄炉为例,总结在环保管控期间延长炭化时间后干熄焦低负荷运行过程中存在的问题。结合行业经验,从运行参数控制、环保治理、耐材管理等方面探索干熄焦低负荷稳定运行规律,可为不能满足正常生产负荷情况下干熄焦的运行管理及生产组织提供参考。Based on the case of 140 t/h CDQ chamber for two batteries of 55 ovens JN60-82coke oven in Qian’an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,summary is made to the problems in low-load operation of CDQ after extension of coking time during the environmental control period. The law of stable low-load operation of CDQ is explored from aspects of experience,operational parameter control,environmental control,and refractory management,etc.. It provides a reference for the operation management and production organization of CDQ when the normal production load cannot be met.
