摘　　要：针对7 m焦炉推焦机、拦焦机、装煤车的液压系统特点,列举了设备运行过程中的故障类型及处理措施,制定维修保养及实施方案,总结实践经验及创新管理成果。这对焦炉车辆发展的自动化和现代化以及设备管理的科学性和创新性具有指导意义。In view of the features of the hydraulic system of pusher machine,coke guide and charging car customized for 7 m battery,this paper introduced different fault types and their solutions,formulated maintenance plan and summarized experiences and innovative management achievements,which have directive significance for the automation and modernization of the development of oven machines,as well as the scientificity and innovation of equipment management.
