摘  要:针对粗苯再生器进油方式制约粗苯生产运行的问题进行分析。通过改造再生器进油方式,优化粗苯生产控制指标,解决了再生器操作不便及洗油再生效果差的问题,提高了粗苯系统操作弹性和粗苯收率,对粗苯系统的优化操作有一定的指导意义。In view of the problems in wash oil feeding into crude benzol regenerator, which impede the crude benzol production, analysis is made in this paper. Solutions are also given by modifying the way of wash oil into the regenerator and optimizing the control targets of crude benzol production. As a result, the problems of inconvenient regenerator operation and poor effect of washing oil regeneration are solved, the operation flexibility and crude benzol yield of crude benzol system are improved, which shows directive significance for optimized operation of the crude benzol system.
