北京市五大水系绿藻门栅藻属的形态和分类研究

摘　　要：为阐明北京市五大水系水生生物多样性,本文采用野外调查和室内观察相结合的方法,对北京市五大水系绿藻门栅藻属形态分类学和分布进行了研究。结果表明,共鉴定出绿藻门栅藻属共30个种和3个变种,即光滑栅藻,盘状栅藻,钝形栅藻,钝形栅藻交错变种,卵形栅藻,单列栅藻,阿库栅藻,斜生栅藻,纤维形栅藻,伯纳德栅藻,尖细栅藻,尖锐栅藻,二形栅藻,整齐栅藻,史密斯栅藻,齿牙栅藻,珊瑚栅藻,潘农栅藻,双尾栅藻,西湖栅藻,多刺栅藻,龙骨栅藻,龙骨栅藻对角变种,奥波莱栅藻,短刺栅藻,隆顶栅藻,小刺栅藻,四尾栅藻,四尾栅藻大形变种,具孔栅藻,古氏栅藻异刺变种,椭圆栅藻,异纤栅藻。从细胞数目、形态、排列、刺的有无、数目、长短等方面描述了栅藻属各种和亚种的形态特征,并列出其分布水体。建立了北京栅藻原色图谱和分类检索表。结论为北京市栅藻属有30种和3个变种,其中有14原种和1个变种是北京市新记录的栅藻属种类,为北京地区绿藻多样性保护和分类提供了参考。In order to clarify the aquatic biodiversity of five major water systems in Beijing,the morphological taxonomy and distribution of Scenedesmus in five major water systems in Beijing were studied by field investigation and indoor observation.The results showed that 30 species and 3 varieties of Scenedesmus were identified,namely,Scenedesmus ecornis,S.disciformis,S.obtusus,S.obtusus var.alternans,S.ovalternus,S.linearis,S.acunae,S.obliquus,S.ankisrtrodesmoides,S.bernardii,S.acuminatus,S.acutus,S.dimorphus,S.regularis,S.smithii,S.denticulatus,S.corallines,S.pannonicus,S.bicaudatus,S.sihensis,S.spinosus,S.carinatus,S.carinatus diagonalis,S.opolinensis,S.ellipsoideus,S.brevispina,S.protuberans,S.microspina,S.quadricauda,S.mirificus,S.quadricauda var.maximus,S.perforates,S.gutwinskii var.heterospina.The morphological characteristics of various species and subspecies of Scenedesmus are described in terms of cell number,morphology,arrangement,presence or absence of spines,number and length,etc.,and their distribution water bodies are listed.The primary color map and classification key were established.It is concluded that there are 30 species and 3 varieties of Scenedesmus in Beijing,among which 14 original species and 1 varieties are new records of Scenedesmus genus in Beijing,which provides a reference for the protection and classification of green algae diversity in Beijing.
