SARS-CoV-2 is responsible for the novel coronavirus infection pandemic, and vaccination is an effective precaution against it. However, due to vaccine hesitancy, certain groups of people, especially those with chronic diseases and immune disorders, are on the fence about novel coronavirus vaccination. Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with immune disorders, and there are no clear guidelines on whether patients with AD should be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine. In this paper, the intersection of COVID-19 vaccine on AD patients’ symptoms will be sorted out, and the issue of whether AD patients should be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine will be discussed in combination with the relevant recommendations on AD patients’ vaccination at home and abroad, as well as the retrospective investigation of AD patients’ vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine, to provide a reference for medical staff and relevant researchers.
