摘　　要：放射科住院医师规范化培训是每一位放射科医师成长的必由之路,目前已在我国广泛开展。相比之下,对放射科另一重要学科——放射技术学的主角放射技师而言,放射技师的规范化培训在国内才刚刚起步。按照目前的影像技术发展情况,本研究针对放射技师规范化培训的现状和存在的问题,进行了初步的探索与实践,希望能有效提升技师综合素质,适应现代医疗体系的需求,完善医学影像学科建设。The standardized training program, which is essential for the career development of the radiology residents, is now widely carrying forward in China.However, for radiographers whose major is radiotechnology, an important sub-discipline of Radiology, the standardized training program just started.Based on the current development situation of the imaging technology and the existing problem of the standardized training for radiographers, this study performed the preliminary exploration and practice, aiming to effectively promote the general quality of the radiographers to better adjust to the modern medical system and improving the construction of the medical imaging.
