妊娠高血压综合征继发渗出性视网膜脱离的多模式影像学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠高血压综合征所致渗出性视网膜脱离患者的多模式影像学特征。方法回顾性病例系列研究。纳入天津医科大学第二医院2017年9月至2021年6月妊娠高血压综合征继发渗出性视网膜脱离者16例(30只眼)的临床资料。所有患者均行眼底彩色照相、眼底红光照相、频域光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)检查, 分析其不同模式的影像学特点。结果眼底彩色照相检查, 20只眼(66.67%)可见后极部渗出性视网膜脱离的隆起病灶。眼底红光照相检查, 所有患者均能发现渗出性视网膜脱离的低反射病灶。SD-OCT检查结果显示30只眼(100.00%)视网膜神经上皮层脱离。结论妊娠高血压综合征所致渗出性视网膜脱离行OCT扫描, 发现视网膜脱离的灵敏度高, 结合眼底红光照相检查可全面评估。Objective To analyze the multimodal imaging characteristics of exudative retinal detachment caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods This was a retrospective case series study.The clinical data of 30 eyes of 16 patients with exudative retinal detachment caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome from Sep.2017 to Jun.2021 in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were included.The color fundus photography,fundus infrared photography(IR)and spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)were performed to analyze the characteristics of different imaging modes.Results Color fundus photography showed 20 eyes(66.67%)had been detected with eminence foci of exudative retinal detachment in posterior area.Fundus infrared photography examination showed low reflex lesions of exudative retinal detachment in all patients.SD-OCT showed retinal neurosensory detachment in 30 eyes(100.00%).Conclusion OCT examination for exudative retinal detachment caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome shows high sensitivity of retinal detachment,and it can be comprehensively evaluated in combination with fundus infrared photography.
