摘  要:目的对乳液中氢醌能力验证(NIFDC-PT-234)为可疑结果进行多方面的原因排查、原因分析,讨论探究,提高实验室的检测能力。方法通过制备模拟阳性样品,按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)规定的实验方法,分别考察了检测器(包括二极管阵列和紫外检测器),实验温度(10℃和20℃),定量方式(包括标准曲线法和加校正因子的外标法),对照品称量方式(包括直接增量法和减量法)对实验结果准确性的影响,计算回收率。结果不同检测器、温度、定量方式RSD为0.1%~0.4%,对实验结果的准确性影响较小,而不同的对照品的称量方式RSD为1.4%,对准确性影响较大。结论通过此次可疑结果探究,及时发现了问题所在,并采取了有效的纠正措施,提升了本实验室的技术能力和管理水平。Objective The hydroquinone capability verification in lotion(NIFDC-PT-234)was a suspicious result,and various causes were investigated,analyzed,discussed and explored to improve the detection capability of the laboratory.Methods According to the Experimental Methods Specified in the Technical Specifications for Safety of Cosmetics(2015Edition),through preparing simulated positive samples,four possible factors that may influence the accuracy of experimental results were investigated,including the effects of detector(the diode array and UV detector),temperature,quantitative method(the standard curve method and external standard method with correction factor),and the weighing method of the standards(the direct increment method and decrement method),then the recovery was calculated.Results The RSD of different detectors,temperatures,and quantitative methods is within 0.1%-0.4%,which has little impact on the accuracy of the experimental results,while the RSD of different weighing methods of the reference substance is 1.4%,which has a great impact on the accuracy.Conclusion Through the exploration of the suspicious results,the problems were found in time.Effective corrective measures were taken to improve the technical ability and management level of the laboratory.
