摘　　要：目的了解南宁市腹泻患者非伤寒沙门菌的血清型分布、耐药性等特征。方法对2021年从南宁市腹泻患者粪便标本中分离出的71株非伤寒沙门菌进行血清学分型和药物敏感性试验,对数据进行统计分析。结果南宁市腹泻患者中非伤寒沙门菌的检出率为18.73%(71/379),占检出病原菌的91.02%(71/78)。分离株以B群为优势群(74.65%,53/71),鼠伤寒型(59.15%,42/71)、斯坦利型(12.68%,9/71)和肠炎型(9.86%,7/71)为主要血清型。71株菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素厄他培南无耐药,对环丙沙星、头孢噻肟、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑的耐药率分别为5.63%、16.90%、43.66%。鼠伤寒沙门菌对氨苄西林、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑、四环素的耐药率及多重耐药率均高于其他沙门菌(P<0.05)。结论从南宁市腹泻患者中分离出的非伤寒沙门菌血清型众多,耐药严重,处于不断变化之中,需继续加强监测。Objective To analyze the serotype distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility of nontyphoidal Salmonella isolated from diarrheal patients in Nanning City.Methods Serological typing and antimicrobial susceptibility test were performed on 71nontyphoidal Salmonella stains isolated from diarrheal cases in Nanning City,2021,and the data were conducted for statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of nontyphoidal Salmonella in diarrhea cases is 18.73%(71/379),accounted for 91.02%(71/78)of the isolated pathogens.Among all the isolates,serogroup B was the dominant serogroup(74.65%,53/71),and S.Typhimurium(59.15%,42/71),S.Stanley(12.68%,9/71),S.Enteritidis(9.86%,7/71)were the major serotypes.71 strains had no resistance to carbapenemsertapenem,and the resistance rates to ciprofloxacin,cefotaxime and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were 5.63%,16.90%and 43.66%,respectively.Compared with other types of Salmonella,the drug resistance rate to ampicillin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline and the multiple drug resistance of Salmonella typhimurium were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The serotypes of non-typhoid Salmonella isolated from diarrhea patients in Nanning City are numerous,with serious drug resistance,and are in constant change.Relevant surveillance should be strengthened.
