摘　　要：目的探讨自身抗体[包括抗核抗体(ANA)、抗心磷脂抗体、抗环瓜氨酸抗体(抗CCP抗体)等]在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者和同期健康体检者的差异表达。方法回顾2018年1月—2021年12月本院门诊及住院的PCOS患者所有抗核抗体、抗心磷脂抗体、抗CCP抗体等自身抗体的检测结果,另选取同期健康体检者作为对照组。检测2组自身抗体表达情况,并进行组间统计学分析。结果PCOS组抗核抗体、抗ds-DNA抗体、抗着丝点抗体、抗线粒体抗体、抗核提取物抗体与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗心磷脂抗体检测结果显示抗心磷脂Ig G和Ig M异常表达,PCOS组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但低于参考范围,不具有临床意义;PCOS组抗CCP抗体结果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCOS患者自身抗体表达异常,提示PCOS患者免疫失调的状态可能参与了PCOS的发生与进展,对辅助临床诊断和治疗疾病具有重要意义。Objective To explore the expression of autoantibodies[including anti-nuclear antibody(ANA),anti-cardiolipin antibody,anti-cyclic citrulline antibody(anti-CCP antibody)]in polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)patients and those for physicals examination in the same period.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the detection results of anti-nuclear antibody,anti-cardiolipin antibody and anti-CCP antibody in PCOS patients who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to December 2021 and selected as the patient group.Healthy persons were selected as the control group.The expression of autoantibodies in the two groups was detected,and statistical analysis was performed between the two groups.Results There was statistical significance on the differences in anti-nuclear antibody,anti-ds-DNA antibody,anti-centromere antibody,anti-mitochondrial antibody,anti-nuclear extract antibody and anti-cardiolipin Ig G and Ig M between the patient group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of anti-cardiolipin antibody detection showed abnormal expression of anti-cardiolipin Ig G and Ig M in the patent group,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),but lower than the reference range,and the difference was not clinically significant.There was no statistical significance on the difference in anti-CCP antibody results between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of autoantibodies in PCOS patients suggests that the immune disorders of PCOS patients may be involved in the occurrence and progression of PCOS,which is of great significance for clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of disease.
