摘  要:目前,抗菌药物的不合理使用及耐药菌的产生是全球共同面临的问题。现在复旦大学附属儿科医院科学化抗菌药物管理(antimicrobial stewardship,AMS)成功案例的基础上,笔者收集及梳理关于促进抗菌药物合理使用及导致不合理使用的关键问题。针对患儿家属对抗菌药物使用的认知度,分析医生处方行为调查,加大医生绩效管理力度,建立抗菌药物使用日志,在复旦儿科4家医联体成员单位中,开展个性化实施干预措施的相关研究,鼓励各家医联体单位探索并建立适合该院的科学化AMS策略。At present, the irrational use of antimicrobial agents and the drug-resistance of bacteria are severe problems in the world. Based on the successful cases of scientific antimicrobial stewardship(AMS) in children’s hospital of Fudan university, we continued to collect the key problems in promoting the rational use of antimicrobial agents and sort out the reasons of unreasonable use. This study aimed to carry out relevant research on the implementation of personalized intervention measures in the terms of parents’ awareness of antibiotic usage, investigation and analysis of doctors’ prescription behavior, strengthening the performance management of doctors and keeping a log of the records of usage of antimicrobial agents in four members of Fudan Pediatric Medical Alliance, and to encourage all medical alliances to explore and establish scientific AMS suitable for themselves.
