清暑汤治疗暑热湿阻型夏季皮炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清暑汤治疗暑热湿阻型夏季皮炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入108例暑热湿阻型夏季皮炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各54例。治疗组患者给予清暑汤口服结合炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗,对照组患者给予盐酸西替利嗪片口服结合炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗,治疗周期均为14 d。于治疗前及治疗1周、2周后,评价患者的中医证候积分、皮损面积和严重度指数(EASI)评分及瘙痒评分;并于治疗2周后,评价并比较两组患者的临床疗效及中医证候疗效。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组患者的临床总有效率为100.00%,对照组为77.78%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者的中医证候疗效总有效率为88.89%,对照组为79.63%,治疗组的中医证候疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后,两组患者的中医证候积分、EASI评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组患者的EASI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗2周后,两组患者的中医证候积分、EASI评分、瘙痒症状评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的上述评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:清暑汤结合炉甘石洗剂能明显缓解暑热湿阻型夏季皮炎患者的皮损、瘙痒症状及中医证候,是治疗夏季皮炎的有效方案。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingshu Decoction in the treatment of summer dermatitis with type of heat and dampness resistance.Methods:A total of 108 patients of summer dermatitis with type of heat and dampness resistance were included and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,54 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Qingshu Decoction orally combined with calamine lotion externally,and the patients in the control group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally combined with calamine lotion externally. The treatment course was 14 days. Before treatment and after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome,eczema area and severity index(EASI)and pruritus were evaluated. After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the traditional Chinese medical syndrome efficacy of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group and77.78% in the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medical syndrome was 88.89% in the treatment group and 79.63% in the control group,and the curative effect on traditional Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01). After 1 week of treatment,the traditional Chinese medical syndrome score and EASI score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the EASI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);after 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome,EASI and pruritus symptom in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than
