摘  要:基于Fluent软件针对皮革真空干燥机械台板表面温度场进行了优化仿真分析。结果发现,基于流量既定时,促使焊条平行于台板长边方向且以等距均匀布置,可优化流道分布,改善流道传热性能,有助于台板表面温度场分布;基于确保焊条均匀等距平行于台板长边方向布置,适度添加焊条数量可提高表面温度,其中焊条数量为15根时最佳;基于进口总流量既定时,流速相较于空气对机械台板对流换热面积对于表面温度场的影响更加突出,单进出口台板表面温度场分布优于双进出口台板。总之,在单进出口、全部焊条平行于台板长边且等距均匀分布,焊条数量为15根时是台板内部流道最终优化方案,可实现皮革高效干燥处理。The surface temperature field of leather vacuum drying machine platen was optimized and simulated based on FLUENT software.The results show that based on the fixed flow rate, making the electrodes evenly and equidistant parallel to the long side of the platen can optimize the distribution of the channel, improve the heat transfer performance of the channel and contribute to the distribution of the temperature field on the surface of the platen.Based on ensuring that the electrodes are evenly and equidistantly arranged parallel to the field side of the platen, the appropriate number of electrodes can improve the surface temperature, and the best number of electrodes is 15.Based on the fixed total inlet flow, the influence of flow velocity on the surface temperature field of mechanical platen is more prominent than that of air.The surface temperature field distribution of single inlet and outlet platen is better than that of double inlet and outlet platen.In short, the final optimization scheme of the internal flow channel of the platen is when the number of single inlet and outlet, all welding rods are parallel to the long side of the platen and evenly distributed at an equal distance, and the number of welding rods is 15, which can realize the efficient drying of leather.
