摘  要:体育运动手套是运动员与健身群体训练的必需品,由于其具备使用便捷、舒适耐磨、保护手部等优势特性,普遍应用于健身场所、拓展训练、举重、高尔夫球等运动中。本文以家兔皮作为原料制备了体育运动用手套革,并对其舒适性及力学性能进行了试验测试分析。结果发现,家兔皮手套革制备的关键工艺在于软化浸酸与鞣制,相较于无机酸浸酸方案与有机酸浸酸方案,无机-有机联合浸酸方案柔软度与延伸性最佳,既能够有效促使胶原纤维松散,减小部位差,且皮板柔软均匀、丰满,又能够节省成本。Sports gloves are necessary for athletes and fitness group training, because of their convenient use, comfort and wear resistance, hand protection and other advantages, they are widely used in fitness venues, outward bound training, weightlifting, golf and other sports activities. In this paper, glove leather for sports was prepared using rabbit skin as raw material, and its comfort and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the key process for the preparation of rabbit leather glove leather is softening pickling and tanning. Compared with inorganic pickling and organic pickling, the inorganic organic combined pickling scheme had the best softness and extensibility. It could not only effectively promote the loosening of collagen fibers, reduce the part position difference, but also make the skin soft, uniform and plump, and save costs.
