体育防护鞋用超细纤维合成革的防水透湿性能研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了超细纤维合成革的分类,对该合成革的防水透湿性做出简要分析,并结合当前该合成革在我国运动领域的发展现状对超细纤维合成革进行了概述。针对超细纤维合成革在体育防护鞋领域中的应用做出了说明,并对其防水透湿性能在防护鞋中的应用进行了分析。从超细纤维合成革基布工艺及干法贴面工艺两个方面进行研究,总结了超细纤维合成革在体育防护鞋中的防水透湿性能。希望该研究能够对体育防护鞋的选材有所帮助。This paper introduced the classification of microfiber synthetic leather, briefly analyzed its waterproof and moisture permeability, and summarized the current development of synthetic leather in the sports field in China.The application of microfiber synthetic leather in the field of sports protective shoes was explained, and the application of its waterproof and moisture permeability in protective shoes was analyzed.The waterproof and moisture permeable properties of microfiber synthetic leather in sports protective shoes were summarized by studying the base fabric technology and dry veneering technology of microfiber synthetic leather.It is hoped that this study can be helpful to the selection of materials for sports protective shoes.
