摘 要:为改进优化球革、运动鞋鞋革等体育领域用独具市场潜质的耐水解聚氨酯合成革材料,本文以自制大分子改性剂表面包覆改性处理了纳米Si_(3)N_(4),改性之后将其粉体添加于体育用耐水解聚氨酯树脂内生成聚氨酯合成革,并对耐水解聚氨酯合成革力学性能进行了试验测试分析。结果发现,大分子表面改性剂与纳米Si_(3)N_(4)实现了化学健合;大分子表面改性剂用量为5%(质量分数,下同)时,改性纳米Si_(3)N_(4)粒径处于最低状态,粒径分布也处于最窄状态,改性后分散性能良好;改性纳米Si_(3)N_(4)粉体用量为0.2%时,SA-35型耐水解聚氨酯合成革试样整体性能优异;用量为0.25%时,LT-40型耐水解聚氨酯合成革试样整体性能良好。In order to improve and optimize hydrolysis resistant polyurethane synthetic leather materials with unique market potential in sports fields such as ball leather and sports shoe leather, nano Si_(3)N_(4)was coated and modified with self-made macromolecular modifier. After modification, its powder was added into hydrolysis resistant polyurethane resin for sports to produce polyurethane synthetic leather, and the mechanical properties of hydrolysis resistant polyurethane synthetic leather were tested and analyzed. The results show that the macromolecular surface modifier and nano Si_(3)N_(4)achieve chemical bonding. When the amount of macromolecular surface modifier is 5%, the particle size of modified nano Si_(3)N_(4)is in the lowest state, and the particle size distribution is also in the narrowest state, after modification, the dispersion performance is good. When the amount of modified nano Si_(3)N_(4)powder is 0.2%, the overall performance of SA-35 hydrolysis resistant polyurethane synthetic leather sample is excellent.When the amount is 0.25%, the overall performance of LT-40 hydrolysis resistant polyurethane synthetic leather sample is good.
