几种竞赛用篮球球皮材料比较与应用前景分析

摘　　要：竞赛用篮球皮革的性能直接决定了篮球的使用手感和寿命等。为总结不同篮球皮革材料优劣,对竞赛用篮球结构进行了分析,对不同使用场景下竞赛用篮球皮革材料的使用情况进行对比,着重分析了天然黄牛革材料及超细纤维合成革材料在竞赛用篮球制备领域中的应用前景。本文认为在未来的职业篮球联赛中,超细纤维合成革材料具有取代天然黄牛革材料制备竞赛用篮球的巨大潜能。The performance of basketball leather for competition directly determines the feel and life of basketball. In order to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different basketball leather splicing materials, the splicing structure of basketball for competition was analyzed, and the use of basketball leather splicing materials for competition in different scenarios was compared. The application prospect of natural cattle leather materials and microfiber synthetic leather materials in the field of basketball for competition were emphatically analyzed. It is concluded that the superfine fiber synthetic leather has great potential to substitute natural cattle leather for basketball in future professional basketball leagues.
