摘 要:文中研究的紧凑型回旋加速器将质子加速到200 MeV,最大引出流强约为400 nA。在加速器调试过程中,需要对束流在加速器内的轴向和径向参数进行测量,直杆束流探针是用于获取束流流强和位置信息的主要装置。直杆束流探针在加速器内偏心安装,在装配过程中需对探针位置进行标定。文中介绍了束流探针在加速器上偏心安装的标定方法,给出了束流探测靶头在加速器径向R的位置与探针传动杆前进距离c的关系式,给出了束流探测靶头在轴向z变形下垂距离与探针传动杆前进距离c的关系式,并对标定方法进行了验证。The compact cyclotron developed by Hefei CAS Ion Medical and Technical Devices Co., Ltd.(HFCIM) can provide proton beam with an acceleration of up to 200 MeV, with the maximum beam of about 400 nA. During beam commissioning of the 200 MeV compact cyclotron, it is necessary to measure the beam axial and radial distribution. The linear beam probe is the main device used to provide information on beam intensity and position. It is installed eccentrically on the cyclotron, and the probe position needs to be calibrated during the assembly stage. In this article, efforts are made to introduce a method for calibrating the linear beam probe. The relationship between the radial position R of the beam target head and the forward distance c of the drive rod is worked out. In addition, the relationship between the sag distance of the beam target in the axial direction z and the forward distance c of the drive rod is presented. Finally, the calibration method is verified.
