摘  要:通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了圆环式、束腰式及多边形式结构特征的联轴器膜片有限元模型,得到了多载荷下不同结构膜片的应力云图;通过膜片失效分析验证仿真结果的可靠性;分析不同结构特征膜片的数量变化对膜片组应力的影响,得到了多膜片组最大等效应力分布曲线;研究不同结构特征膜片的角向补偿能力,获得角向补偿最优结构膜片模型;基于最优角向补偿结构模型进行膜片结构形状优化。结果表明:在相同载荷作用下,束腰式膜片相对于其他结构膜片具有更好的角向补偿能力。对于优化后的束腰式膜片结构,其最大等效应力明显减少,应力分布也更加均匀,具有更好的角向补偿能力。In this article, by means of the finite-element analysis software Abaqus, the finite-element model of the coupling diaphragm with ring, waist, and polygonal structural characteristics is set up, and the stress cloud diagrams of the diaphragm with different structures and multiple loads are formulated. The diaphragm is subject to the failure analysis, and it’s verified that the simulation results are reliable. The influence of the number of diaphragms with different structural characteristics on the stress of the diaphragm group is explored, and the maximum equivalent stress’ s distribution curve of the multi-diaphragm group is worked out. The angular-compensation ability of the diaphragm with different structural characteristics is explored, and the optimal structural diaphragm model for angular compensation is identified. Based on the model, the diaphragm shape is optimized. The results show that with the same load, compared with the other structural diaphragms, the beam-waist diaphragm has better angular-compensation ability. For the optimized beam-waist diaphragm structure, the maximum equivalent stress significantly reduces, the stress distribution is more uniform, and it has better angular-compensation ability.
