摘 要:文中从仿真计算方面研究2E2-SJ2-18耐候钢转角塔的强度、刚度等力学性能,利用ANSYS建立转角塔的三维有限元模型,参照真型试验的条件施加边界条件和载荷,进行了一系列静力分析。在真型试验的基础上,从位移、应变和强度破坏等方面对仿真计算进行了分析,对比研究表明计算偏差在合理范围内,验证了转角塔有限元模型的准确性。研究方法及结论对于类似转角塔的力学性能研究及破坏条件分析具有一定的参考价值。In this article, in order to explore the strength, stiffness and other mechanical properties of 2 E2-SJ2-18 weathering-steel deviation angle tower from the aspect of simulation and calculation, the three-dimensional finite-element model of the deviation angle tower is set up by means of ANSYS, and a series of static analysis are carried out by applying boundary conditions and loads according to the conditions of the full-scale test. On this basis, the analysis on simulation and calculation is conducted from displacements, strains and strength failure;the comparative research shows that the calculated deviation is within a reasonable range, which has verified that the finite-element model of the deviation angle tower is accurate. These methods and conclusions have certain reference for the research on mechanical properties and failure conditions of similar deviation angle towers.
