摘 要:大运河文化带建设驱动土地利用变化及其生态效应分析有利于开展大运河沿线国土空间规划和生态环境保护与修复.选大运河沧州段为研究对象,以2014和2020年Landsat OLI遥感影像为主要数据源,采用新型遥感生态指数模型RSEInew,基于GIS分析土地利用和生态环境质量时空变化特征,在此基础上剖析土地利用变化引发的生态效应.结果表明:2014—2020年间,拓展区、核心区和核心监控区,都是耕地占主导地位、建设用地和水域次之的土地利用格局,土地开发利用程度高,土地利用转移方式还没有明显表现出向景观与生态用地转换的趋势;生态环境质量整体维持在“较差”的水平,除核心区小幅上升1.42%,拓展区和核心监控区分别下降1.16%和8.23%;生态环境质量好的区域主要是林、草地以及植被覆盖较多的耕地,生态环境质量不好的区域主要是建设用地、未利用土地和植被覆盖低的耕地;生态环境质量变化特征与土地利用变化特征一致,建设用地增多对应NDBSI增大,由此引发热度指标LST和PM2.5浓度指标上升,相应的生态环境质量下降;耕地-林地、建设用地-林地、建设用地-耕地土地利用转移方式与生态质量好转显著正相关,Spearman相关系数分别为0.134、0.113、0.103,未利用-建设用地、未利用-耕地、未利用-水域土地利用转移方式与生态质量好转显著负相关,Spearman相关系数分别为-0.135、-0.122、-0.107,未利用土地在研究区现行环境中未得到有效利用.The analysis of land use change and its ecological effects driven by the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt is conducive to the land spatial planning and ecological environment protection and restoration along the Grand Canal. Taking the Cangzhou section of the Grand Canal as the research object,taking the Landsat OLI remote sensing images in 2014 and 2020 as the main data source,using the new remote sensing ecological index model RSEInewis used to analyze the spatio-temporal change characteristics of land use and ecological environment quality based on GIS,and analyzes the ecological effects caused by land use change. The results show that from 2014 to 2020,the expansion area,core area and core monitoring area are the land use pattern in which cultivated land is dominant,followed by construction land and water area,the degree of land development and utilization is high,and the land use transfer mode has not shown a clear trend of conversion to landscape and ecological land;The overall ecological environment quality is maintained at a“poor”level,In addition to a slight increase of 1. 42% in the core area,The expansion area and core monitoring area decreased by 1. 16% and 8. 23% respectively;The areas with good ecological environment quality are mainly forest,grassland and cultivated land with more vegetation coverage,while the areas with poor ecological environment quality are mainly construction land, unused land and cultivated land with low vegetation coverage,The change characteristics of eco-environmental quality are consistent with those of land use change;The increase of construction land corresponds to the increase of NDBSI,which leads to the heat indicators LST and PM2. 5 concentration index increases,and the corresponding ecological environment quality decreases;The land use transfer modes from cultivated land to forest land, construction land to forest land and construction land to cultivated land are significantly positively correlated with the improvement of ecological quality, with Spe
