基于CiteSpace针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的运用CiteSpace软件梳理针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪领域的研究脉络,总结其研究现状。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)中针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件生成研究机构、作者、关键词知识图谱,并进行分析。结果共纳入文献1039篇,生成图谱中包含70个机构,163位作者;辽宁中医药大学附属医院被引频次最多,对研究领域影响较大,形成了以岳增辉、庄兴礼为核心的两个紧密型团队;研究热点为针刺对痉挛性偏瘫的治疗,卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者运动功能的改善仍将是未来学者关注的问题。结论针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪研究机构相对分散,缺乏跨地域合作,作者之间的交流仅限于团队内部,研究热点主要为针刺干预痉挛性偏瘫,但缺乏相关机制研究。Objective To use CiteSpace software to sort out the research context in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis,and to summarize its research status.MethodsA computer search of the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis in the China National Knowledge Base(CNKI)was used to generate a knowledge map of research institutions,authors,and keywords,and analyzed.ResultsA total of 1039 documents were included,and the generated map contained 70 institutions and 163 authors.The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was cited the most frequently,which had a greater impact on the research field,and formed two centers with YUE Zenghui and ZHUANG Xingli as the core.Close team;the research focus is the treatment of spastic hemiplegia with acupuncture.The improvement of motor function in patients with spastic paralysis after stroke will still be a concern for future scholars.ConclusionThe research institutions for acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke are relatively scattered and lack of cross-regional cooperation.The communication between authors is limited to the team.The main research focus is acupuncture intervention for spastic hemiplegia,but there is a lack of related mechanism research.
