摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(RA)存在多种功能障碍,且康复评定技术已在针灸治疗RA的临床研究中被广泛应用。文章从感觉功能、运动功能、疾病活动度、生活质量、心理功能五个方面对近年国内外针灸治疗RA应用康复评定的研究进行总结,继而探讨存在的不足,提出跨学科综合诊疗RA相关建议。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)has much dysfunction,and rehabilitation assessment method has been widely applied in the clinical study of acupuncture treating RA.From feeling function and motor function,disease activity,quality of life,psychological function evaluation of five aspects of both at home and abroad in recent years rehabilitation evaluation method in the study of acupuncture to RA application.Then,to discuss the existing deficiencies,and to put the relevant suggestions forward from aspects of interdisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of RA.
