补中益气法治疗无功能型垂体腺瘤1例

摘　　要：无功能型垂体腺瘤(NFPAS)是指激素分泌无异常的垂体肿瘤,在过去几年中,检出率明显增加,NFPAS的首选治疗方法是手术,但不符合手术指征的患者没有相关治疗措施,患者术后又多见受手术并发症困扰。中医药以其重视固护正气的理念,在治疗NFPAS方面有其独特优势。文章通过回顾1例运用补中益气法治疗NFPAS患者的经过,浅析垂体瘤的中医临症治疗思路。Non-functional pituitary Adenomas(NFPAs)refers to a pituitary tumor without abnormal hormone secretion.In the last few years,The detection rate has increased significantly.The preferred treatment method is surgery,However,patients who do not meet the surgical indications do not have relevant treatment measures,and postoperative patients are more troubled by complications.With its concept of attaching importance to upholding integrity,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating NFPAs.This paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of a hypophysoma case in the treatment of Buzhong Yiqi method of traditional Chinese medicine.Analysis the treatment ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in NFPAs.
