摘　　要：目的分析补阳还五汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的效果。方法选取医院于2020年1月—2021年1月收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者90例,按照随机分组方法分为对照组(45例,常规治疗,给予患者盐酸氟西汀分散片)和观察组(45例,补阳还五汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤),比较两组治疗后抑郁情绪效果,对两组的治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组MESSS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对脑卒中后抑郁症的患者实施治疗时,使用中医治疗补阳还五汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能够帮助患者减少不良情绪,提高实际生活质量,具有一定效果。Objective To analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)and Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 90 Patients w-ith post-stroke depression inour hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(45 cases,only using conventional treatment,given patients wi-th fluoxetine hydrochloride dispersible tablets)and observation group(45 cases,using traditional Chinese medicine treatment,given patients with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and ChaihuJialonggu Oyster Decoction).Two groups were compared after treatment of depression effect,the treatment effect of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the depression score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the MESSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of post-stroke depression patie-nts,the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction can help patients reduce negative emotions,improve t-he actual quality of life,has a certain scientific effect.
