冶尕西内热针结合中医经络穴位治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎是临床上常见的疾病,临床上的治疗方法也是多种多样,中西医的治疗手段各不相同,非甾体等药物的治疗副作用过大,手术的治疗方法又对患者的伤害大,经济负担重,恢复比较困难,冶尕西主任采用内热针与传统中医经络穴位的结合,治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,主要把膝骨性关节炎总结为外伤血瘀,瘀阻脉络,年老体衰,肝肾亏虚,筋脉失养等。导师在临床上用内热针结合中医传统经络穴位治疗此病,选用内膝眼、犊鼻、梁丘、血海、关节内外侧阿是穴、足三里、阳陵泉、阴陵泉、肝俞、肾俞。用内热针进行治疗,达到活血化瘀,疏通经络,调补肝肾,濡养筋脉,缓急止痛的目的,临床上值得借鉴与学习。Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical disease,and there are various clinical treatment methods.The treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine are different.The side effects of non-steroidal drugs are too excessive.The surgical treatment method also causes great harm to patients,heavy economic burden and difficult recovery.Director YE Gaxi uses a combination of inner heat needle and traditional Chinese medicine meridian acupoints to treat knee osteoarthritis.Director YE mainly summarized knee osteoarthritis as traumatic blood stasis,blood stasis blocking vessels,old age and body failure,liver and kidney deficiency,and dystrophy of muscles and veins.The instructor used inner heat needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine meridian acupoints to treat this disease in the clinic,using Neixiyan(EX-LE4),Dubi(ST35),Liangqiu(ST34),Xuehai(SP10),Ashi points around the joints,Zusanli(ST36),Yanglingquan(GB34),Yinlingquan(SP9),Ganshu(BL18)and Shenshu(BL23).The treatment with inner heat needle can achieve the purpose of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,dredging the meridians,regulating liver and kidney,nourishing muscles and veins and relieving pain.It is clinically worthy of reference and learning.
