疏肝活络止痛方治疗上腹痛综合征的经验探析

摘　　要：上腹痛综合征是消化系统常见的功能性胃肠病,发病率不断增高,对患者身心健康和生活质量造成了严重影响。舒师将“以肝为本,顾护脾胃”为指导思想;认为情志所伤、饮食不节、素体虚弱是其常见病因,其中以情志因素最为多见;病位责之于胃,且与肝郁最密切,脾虚次之;将肝失疏泄,气机不畅,不通则痛作为核心病机;治疗中重视气机升降理论,遵循脾宜健、肝宜疏、胃宜通,将通法作为核心治则,以健脾、疏肝、通胃为用,并结合自身经验体会自拟疏肝活络止痛方加减治疗,效如桴鼓。Epigastric pain syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disease in the digestive system.The incidence rate is increasing.It has a serious impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Professor SHU takes"taking liver as the foundation,taking care of spleen and stomach"as the guiding ideology.It is considered that emotional injury,improper diet and physical weakness are the common causes,among which emotional factors are the most common.The location of the disease is responsible for the stomach,which is most closely related to liver depression,followed by spleen deficiency.The core pathogenesis is liver failing to soothe,Qi obstruction and pain due to obstruction.In the treatment,we pay attention to the theory of Qi movement,follow the principle that spleen should be healthy,liver should be soothing and stomach should be unblocked,take the dredging method as the core treatment principle,strengthening spleen,soothing liver and unblocking stomach as the use,and combine our own experience to draw up the addition and subtraction treatment of Shugan Huoluo Zhitong Prescription(疏肝活络止痛方),which is as effective as a drum.
