银杏酮酯分散片联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性中风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏酮酯分散片联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性中风。方法将180例缺血性中风随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例,两组均于控制血压血糖、调脂等常规治疗,对照组予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片,治疗组联合银杏酮酯分散片,定期复查随访共24周,观察治疗前后两组MRS评分、血液流变学、再次卒中情况。结果治疗后两组MRS评分均下降,治疗组MRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血液流变学指标均明显下降,治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯分散片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗缺血性中风效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo ketoester dispersible tablets combined with clopidogrel on ischemic stroke.Methods 180 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,90 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment such as blood pressure control,blood glucose control and lipid regulation.The control group was given clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,and the treatment group was combined with ginkgo ketoester dispersible tablets.The patients were followed up regularly for 24 weeks.The MRS scores,hemorheology,and stroke recurrence in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MRS scores of the two groups decreased,and the MRS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The indexes of hemorheology in both groups decreased significantly,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketoester dispersible tablets combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets are effective in treating ischemic stroke.
