徐蕾酸甘化阴法治疗阴虚津亏型干燥综合征

摘　　要：徐蕾教授认为干燥综合征之阴虚津亏证的产生原因包括津液的生成不足及输布失常两方面,故多与肝、脾、胃密切相关。徐蕾教授推崇“酸甘化阴以治燥”,并提出“治燥不可一味养阴,需养肝柔肝”“必先实脾”的理念。酸可敛阴生津,甘可滋阴益胃,酸甘配伍,一敛一滋,则能二济其阴,促使脾胃化生阴液,即酸得甘助而生阴,并在此基础上进一步辨证论治,代表方“三参饮”,临床疗效佳。Professor XU Lei believes that the causes of the deficiency of Yin and body fluid in Sjogren′s syndrome include insufficient body fluid production and abnormal transfusion,which are closely related to liver,spleen and stomach.Professor XU Lei praised the idea of"treating dryness by sweet and sour drugs",and put forward the idea of"treating dryness can not only nourish Yin,but also nourish liver and soften liver"and"strengthening spleen first".Sour drugs can astringe Yin and produce saliva,while sweet drugs can nourish Yin and benefit stomach.If sour and sweet drugs are combined,the sour drugs can astringe Yin and sweet drugs can nourish Yin.The combination drugs can promote spleen and stomach to transform Yin fluid,that is,sour drugs can help stomach to produce Yin.And on this basis,further treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation,the representative formula Sanshen Drink(三参饮)has good clinical effect.
