摘 要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是一种由于骨量丢失、骨微观结构破坏而易骨折的进行性骨病,其发病机制仍未被完全阐释清楚。有关研究表明,慢性炎症是导致骨质疏松症发展的重要原因之一,尤其是巨噬细胞极化诱导的慢性炎症,巨噬细胞极化过程中大量炎症因子通过调控相关衍生物合成,打破成骨细胞与破骨细胞之间的平衡性,影响骨质疏松症的发生发展。基于炎症学说对巨噬细胞极化与骨质疏松症相关性的具体机制作用进行简要综述,旨在为骨质疏松症相关分子机制研究提供新思路。Objective Osteoporosis is a progressive bone disease that is prone to fracture due to loss of bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure,and its pathogenesis has not been fully explained.Related studies have shown that chronic inflammation is one of the important cause leading to the development of osteoporosis,especially chronic inflammation induced by macrophage polarization.In the process of macrophage polarization,a large number of inflammatory factors break the balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts by regulating the synthesis of related derivatives and affect the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Based on inflammation theory,this paper briefly reviewed the specific mechanism of macrophage polarization and osteoporosis,aiming to provide new ideas for the study of osteoporosis related molecular mechanism.
