摘　　要：近年来,传统中医药在临床疾病治疗中应用越来越广泛。中药治疗疾病与细胞关联密切,而细胞内物质环境的变化对中药治疗的过程有重要意义。通过检索Web of Science、Pubmed、万方、知网等数据库的相关文献,搜集并整理有关中药对细胞内pH值、细胞因子、内质网、线粒体和细胞核作用的研究进展,为阐明中药作用与细胞的关联提供依据。In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been widely used in the treatment of clinical diseases.The treatment of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to cells,and the change of intracellular physical environment is of great significance to the treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,by searching relevant literatures in databases such as Web of Science,PubMed,Wanfang and CNKI,we collected and summarized the research progress on the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on intracellular pH value,cytokines,endoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and nucleus,so as to provide the basis for clarifying the association between the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and cells.
