贝母属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：随着近年天然药物研究的快速发展,贝母属植物中涌现出许多新颖的化学结构和较好的药理活性,为了全面详细地总结这些研究,通过查阅和整理2014年以来国内外相关文献,以期为该属植物的深入开发研究提供参考。生物碱是贝母属植物的主要成分,其中主要包括甾体生物碱和异甾体生物碱,甾体生物碱包括solanidine型和verazine型,异甾体生物碱包括cevanine型、veratramine和jervanine型,此外贝母属还含有香豆素、多糖、氨基γ-丁烯酸内酯、环肽、脑苷、黄酮等多种成分。贝母属植物化学成分具有镇咳、祛痰、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、胆碱酯酶抑制、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗菌、保护肺损伤、治疗支气管炎等多种药理活性。With the rapid development of natural medicine research in recent years,many novel chemical structures and better pharmacological activities have emerged in Fritillaria.The newly discovered chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Fritillaria from domestic and foreign literature since 2014 were reviewed and summarized systematically,in order to provide reference for the further development of Fritillaria.Alkaloids are the main components of Fritillaria genus,which mainly include the steroid alkaloids and isosteroid alkaloids.The steroidal alkaloids include solanidine type and verazine type,and the isosteroid alkaloids include cevanine type,veratramine and jervanine type.Fritillaria genus also contain flavonoids,coumarins,cerebrosides,aminoγ-butenolides,polysaccharides,cyclic peptide and other ingredients.The chemical constituents of Fritillaria plants have anti-cough,expectorant,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes,cholinesterase inhibition,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-viral,anti-bacterial,protection against lung injury,treatment of bronchitis and other pharmacological activities.
