中医药基于“扶正祛邪”理论调节自噬防治恶性肿瘤研究进展

摘　　要：目前恶性肿瘤在中国的发生率和病死率正逐渐增加。大量研究资料已经证明,中医药在预防恶性肿瘤病人的复发转移以及提高病人生活质量等方面都有较好的医疗优势,但其作用机制仍有待进一步深入明确。近年来,有关细胞自噬(autophagy)的研究成果越来越多,而细胞自噬机理也成为了当前抑制恶性肿瘤的研究热点。另外,细胞自噬对于癌症的双重影响也可以类比于中医基础“正虚邪实”理论,正是基于中医药“扶正祛邪”学说调节细胞自噬对恶性肿瘤的研究结果加以概括,从而为中医药对于恶性肿瘤的深入研究提供基础与借鉴。At present,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in China are gradually increasing.A large number of researches have proved that traditional Chinese medicine has good medical advantages on preventing recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumor patients and improving patients’quality of life,but its mechanism still needs to be further clarified.In recent years,there are more and more research results on autophagy,and the mechanism of autophagy has become the research hotspot of inhibiting malignant tumors.In addition,the dual impact of autophagy on cancer can also be compared with the basic theory of"strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors"in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarized the research results of regulating autophagy on malignant tumors based on the theory of"strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors"in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a basis and reference for the in-depth research of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
