桂枝茯苓汤联合超声引导下介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿疗效及对E_(2)、LH、FSH的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨桂枝茯苓汤联合超声引导下介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿(ovarian chocolate cyst, OEC)患者临床疗效及雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)的影响。方法 选取78例本院妇产科收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者进行回顾性分组实验分析,纳入时间为2019年1月-2021年1月,对照组单纯予以超声引导下介入治疗+常规抗生素+孕三烯酮干预,实验组在对照组基础上联合桂枝茯苓汤干预,比较两组临床疗效及E_(2)、LH、FSH治疗前后差异。结果 实验组总有效率97.44%(38/39),对照组82.05%(32/39),实验组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后E_2显著升高,LH和FSH均显著降低,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CRP、TNF-α水平组间无差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者治疗后CRP、TNF-α水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 桂枝茯苓汤联合超声引导下介入治疗能有效提高OEC患者的临床疗效,调节E_(2)、LH、FSH过表达,降低术后炎症反应,对卵巢功能恢复有益。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol(E_(2))and luteogenin(LH)and follicular-stimulating hormone(FSH)in patients with ovarian chocolate cyst(OEC).Methods 78 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst were analyzed,including~in January 2021,ultrasound-guided+routine antibiotic+gestational tenenone intervention,combined with Guizhi Fu cocos soup intervention,comparing the clinical efficacy and the differences before and after E_(2),LH,FSH treatment.Results The total efficiency was 97.44%(38/39),82.05%(32/39)and more efficient than the control group(P<0.05).E_(2) was significantly increased,LH and FSH decreased and all three indicators were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the CRP,TNF-α levels before the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group,the CRP,TNF-α levels were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fu Fuling Decoction and ultrasound can improve the clinical efficacy of OEC patients,regulate E_(2),LH,FSH overexpression,Lower the postoperative inflammatory responseand improve ovarian function recovery.
