摘  要:目的:探究血清性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)及不良妊娠结局的关系。方法:选取本院2019年10月至2021年10月期间收治的112例GDM孕妇作为观察组,另选取50例同期孕检健康孕妇为对照组。检测并对比两组研究对象血清SHBG、β-HCG、HIF-1α水平及不良妊娠结局发生情况,并分析不同妊娠结局孕妇血清SHBG、β-HCG、HIF-1α水平。结果:与健康对照组相比,GDM组孕妇血清SHBG水平明显降低,β-HCG、HIF-1α水平明显升高(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率(42.86%)明显高于对照组(14.00%)(P<0.05)。不良妊娠组孕妇血清SHBG水平低于正常妊娠组孕妇,β-HCG、HIF-1α水平高于正常妊娠组孕妇(P<0.05)。结论:血清SHBG、β-HCG、HIF-1α均与GDM的发生有关,且会影响孕妇妊娠结局,需在早期孕检中加以重视。Objective:To explore the relationship between serum sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods:A total of 112 pregnant women with GDM who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group,and another 50 healthy pregnant women who underwent pregnancy tests during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of SHBG,β-HCG and HIF-1αand the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were detected and compared between the two groups of research subjects,and the levels of serum SHBG,β-HCG and HIF-1αin pregnant women with different pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the serum SHBG levels of pregnant women in the GDM group were significantly decreased,while the levels ofβ-HCG and HIF-1αwere significantly increased(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(42.86%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(14.00%)(P<0.05).The serum SHBG level in the adverse pregnancy group was lower than that in the normal pregnancy group,and the levels ofβ-HCG and HIF-1αwere higher than those in the normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum SHBG,β-hCG and HIF-1αare related to the occurrence of GDM,and may affect the outcome of pregnancy,which should be paid attention to in early pregnancy examination.
