摘　　要：目的:探讨分析应用经Kaplan入路采用Bold钉固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2019年9月至2021年3月,经Kaplan入路采用Bold钉固定治疗的18例桡骨头骨折(MasonⅡ型)患者临床资料。男10例,女8例;年龄为22~62岁,平均为34岁;左侧7例,右侧11例。采用Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评定患者疗效。结果:术后所有患者伤口I/甲级愈合,均获得随访,术后随访6~12个月。优10例,良6例,可2例,优良率为88.9%。结论:经Kaplan入路采用Bold钉固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折,创伤较小,手术时间短,暴露更加方便,复位满意,取得了良好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaplan approach in treating MasonⅡtype fractures of radial head by Bold screw.Methods:18 cases with MasonⅡtype of radial head fractures were treated by Kaplan approach from September 2019 to March 2021,including 10 males and 8 females,aged from 22 years old to 62 years old,with 34 years old on average.The curative efficacy was evaluated according to the Broberg and Morrey elbow scores system.Results:All the incisions primarily healed,and all the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.10 patients had an excellent result,6 patients had a good result,2 patients had a fair result,and the excellent and good rate was 88.9%.Conclusion:The Kaplan approach in treating MasonⅡtype radial head fracture by Bold screw is good,which has advantages of less trauma,short operation time,more convenient exposure,satisfactory reduction,and better clinical efficacy.
