摘　　要：作为当代金融骗局的“巅峰”,麦道夫骗局区别于传统庞氏骗局的基本特征是什么?其社会建构的过程是什么?在典型社会的具体表现又是什么?对此,西方学者莫纳亨与欧夫林提出“社会的麦道夫化”概念,并作出了系列回答。本文以其观点为核心,综合其他相关文献,对上述问题及分析进行了集中介绍。首先辨析和归纳了麦道夫骗局作为当代庞氏骗局“巅峰”的基本特征,其次厘清了麦道夫骗局得以存续、扩大甚至重现的核心要素,然后以爱尔兰社会为例展现了“麦道夫化”社会的形成过程,最后讨论了“麦道夫化”可能造成的破坏性社会后果。As the"pinnacle"of contemporary financial scams,what are the basic features that distinguish Madoff’s scheme from traditional Ponzi schemes?What is the process of its social construction?What are the specific manifestations in typical societies?In this regard,western scholars Lee F.Monaghan and Micheal O’flynn have put forward the concept of"Madoffization of Society"to provide a series of answers.This paper focuses on these issues and analyses in the context of other related literature.First,it identifies and summarizes the basic characteristics of the Madoff scheme as the"pinnacle"of contemporary Ponzi schemes.Second,it identifies the core elements that allow Madoff scheme to maintain,expand,and even reappear,then it shows the formation of the"Madoffization"of society using Irish society as an example.The process of"Madoffization"is then shown,and finally the possible destructive social consequences of"Madoffization"are discussed.
