摘　　要：The latest Plenipotentiary Conference(PP-22) of the International Telecommunication Union(ITU) was held in Bucharest, Romania from September 26 to October 14. China was reelected Member of the ITU Council. And Cheng Jianjun, Directer of the State Radio Monitoring Center, was elected Member of the Radio Regulations Board of ITU.
