摘　　要：本文通过采用贝加莱X20 PCC系统架构完成了对无锡硕放污水处理厂自动化系统的改造,解决了本水厂控制设备多、控制条件复杂、采集数据量大的问题,最终达到了水厂扩容的目的;同时提高了此污水处理厂的自动化程度、自控系统稳定性、自控系统兼容性,并且对人力运营成本有一定的降低。In this paper,the automation system of Wuxi Shuofang sewage treatment plant has been reconstructed by using the B&RX20 PCC system architecture,which solves the problems of many control equipment,complex control conditions and a large amount of collected data,and finally achieves the purpose of water plant capacity expansion;At the same time,the automation degree,stability and compatibility of the automatic control system of the sewage treatment plant are improved,and the human operation cost is reduced to a certain extent.
