水针刀定点介入治疗肩胛背神经卡压综合征的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察水针刀定点介入治疗肩胛背神经卡压综合征的效果。方法:选择2019年5月—2021年5月收治的肩胛背神经卡压综合征患者90例,按照抽签法分为观察组、对照1组与对照2组,每组30例。观察组应用水针刀松解术结合定点正清风痛宁注射治疗,对照1组单一应用水针刀松解术治疗,对照2组应用水针刀松解术结合定点封闭注射治疗。对比三组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后疼痛评分、颈部残障指数评分、症状量表评分与不良反应率。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组、对照1组、对照2组疼痛评分、颈部残障指数评分、症状量表评分、不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛评分、颈部残障指数评分均低于对照1组和对照2组,且症状量表评分高于对照1组和对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水针刀定点介入治疗肩胛背神经卡压综合征的应用效果显著,利于改善患者临床症状,减轻病症疼痛感。Objective: To observe the application effect of water needle knife fixed-point interventional treatment of dorsal scapular nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods: A total of 90 patients with dorsal scapular nerve entrapment syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group, control group 1 and control group 2 according to the drawing method, with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with water acupuncture knife release combined with fixed-point Zhengqing Fengtongning injection, control group 1 was treated with water acupuncture knife release alone, control group 2 was treated with water acupuncture knife release combined with fixed-point closed injection.The total effective rate of clinical treatment, pain score before and after treatment, neck disability index score, symptom scale score and adverse reaction rate were compared among the three groups.Results: The total effective rates of clinical treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).There was no difference between the observation group, control group 1,and control group 2 in pain score, neck disability index score, symptom scale score, and adverse reaction rate before treatment(P>0.05).The pain score and neck disability index score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group 1 and control group 2,and the symptom scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application effect of water needle knife fixed-point intervention in the treatment of dorsal scapular nerve entrapment syndrome is significant, which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the pain of the disease.
